Vivian Carline Allen Wyatt

Asheville - Vivian Carline Allen Wyatt, 56, of 149 Reed St. died Sunday, April 7, 2002 at St. Josephs Hospital. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was the daughter of the late Roy Leonard and Argie Wheeler Allen. Surviving are her husband, James Richard Wyatt of the home; daughters, Glenda Smathers and husband John Morgan Smathers of Asheville, and Tammy Cordell of Dallas, NC; a son, Jackie Hawkins of Asheville; step-son, Tony Wyatt of Asheville; sister, Faye Lipe and husband James of Candler; granddaughter, Amberlee Smathers; grandsons, Brandon Lee Wyatt, and Jon Leonard Smathers; great grandchildren, Avery Trace Conard Smathers, Tyler Leonard Smathers, Savannah, Emily, Jason, and Andy Cordell; aunt and uncle, Ken and Nan Jones of Candler; 5 nieces, 15 great nieces and nephews; lots of loved ones and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday in the Anders-Rice Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Homer Moore officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. At other times, the family will be at the residence of Glenda Smathers, 120 Dodge St., Asheville.
