Asheville – Virginia Curtis Ingle, 100, sadly passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024.
Born August 21, 1923, in Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late John and Willie Curtis.
Surviving are her sons: Malcolm Ingle and wife, Joyce of Asheville and Kenneth Ingle and wife, Cindy of Menifee, CA; daughters: Marie McKinney and Brenda Hudson both of Asheville, and many, many, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren.
Virginia was small, but mighty and she leaves us with an abundance of unforgettable memories and a positive impact in all our lives. Her love and strength were unmatched, and her presence was always, and will continue to be, felt. “To live in hearts, we leave behind is not to die.”
A celebration of Mrs. Ingle’s life will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at her home, 186 Cedar Hill Road, Asheville, NC 28806.
