Tina Norris Bryant

Asheville - Tina Norris Bryant, 60, of 17 Dogwood Knoll died Tuesday, July 16, 2002 at her residence. A native of Watauga County, she had lived in Buncombe County for most of her life. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and was a Sales Associate with Dilliards Department Stores. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Vickie Bryant, and her step-father, John Padgett. Surviving are her mother, Jessie Norris Padgett of Boone; daughter, Valerie Holden and husband Danny of Horse Shoe; grandchildren, Micaiah and Elijah Holden of Horse Shoe; brother, Robert Padgett of Asheville; nephew, Alex Babcock of Asheville. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Thursday at Trinity Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Ralph Sexton, Jr., Rev. Dr. Ralph Sexton, Sr., and Rev. Jerry Young officiating. Burial will be in Bee Tree Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Thom Jackson, Larry Jackson, Danny Ingle, Keith Owens, Danny Jarvis, and David Landreth.
