Thomas Edwin Anderson

Asheville - Thomas Edwin Anderson, 83, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 28, 2023, at Memorial Mission Hospital.

Mr. Anderson was a native of Kane, PA and had resided in Northwestern Pennsylvania for many years prior to moving and residing in Western North Carolina for the past 23 years.

He was a veteran of the US Army, a member of Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kane, PA, served during his career as a consultant for numerous Nuclear Power Plant Construction sites throughout the world and later, in retirement, was a Real Estate Appraiser.

He was the son of the late Albert and Grace Anderson.

Surviving are his children, Jon T. Anderson of Warren, PA and Shelley Calloway and husband, David of Woodfin; grandson, Charles “C.J.” Mitchell of Fairview; sister, Ann DeChano of Ft. Collins, Co. and his two nieces.

The family will have a private Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
