Terry Michael Harwood

Terry Michael Harwood, born on October 12, 1955, entered Eternal Life on Friday, December 30, 2022 at the age of 67.

Terry was a son of Darlene Harwood and the late Carl Harwood. He was also preceded in death by his brothers: Carl Jr., David Lee, and Arnold Gene.

Terry worked as an Electrical Contractor most of his life. He enjoyed growing a garden and watching the birds and flowers. He was kind and gentle, and always loved to be around his children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory, in addition to his mother, are his beloved wife of 45 years, Janiet Myers Harwood; Children: Lydia and husband Brian Wilson, and Amber Myers; grandchildren: Cody Webb, Austin Snelson, Logan Myers, Christian Burton, Devin Burton, and Alison Freck; bonus grandchildren: Brandi Brewer, Sabrina Wilson, Dustin Freck, Samantha Freck, and Abigail Wilson; bonus great-grandchildren: Akayleia, Jace, Trowa, Xorradi, and Corben; sister, Shirley Hensley and husband Donald; brothers: Jerry Harwood and wife Elaine, and Perry Harwood and wife Deborah; and many much loved nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory with Pastor Troy Rogers officiating.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 till 7 PM at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be: Cody Webb, Austin Snelson, Logan Myers, Christian Burton, Devin Burton, Matthew Webb, Brian Wilson, and Michael Snelson.

The Harwood family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of the 4th floor and ICU units at Mission Hospital for all their care the past several days.
