Terri Morgan

Asheville – Terri Elaine Ledford Morgan, 64, passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, Terri worked for 20 years at Pisgah Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center as a Nursing Assistant and Rehab Technician. She also attended Sunrise Baptist Church. Terri will be remembered as a caring person who loved everyone she met. She also enjoyed her garden, flowers, bird watching and canning. Terri was the daughter of the late Paul Herbert and Beulah Chasteen Blankenship Ledford. She was also preceded in death by her brothers: Paul Herbert Ledford, Jr., Jimmy Ledford and Tommy Ledford. Surviving are her fiancé and companion for 17 years, Jason Palmer; daughter, Angie Black; son, Jeremy Stephenson; grandchildren: Aaliyah Gaines, Cory Gaines, and Tessa Stephenson; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Dixie. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 PM Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
