Shlomo "Shlomi" Fisher

July 27, 1959 — September 20, 2024

Fairview –Shlomo “Shlomi” Fisher, 65, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024, at his home.


A native of Israel, he was a son of the late David and Ora Fisher. He was also preceded in death by his brother Isaac Fisher.


Shlomi served in the Israeli Military from 1977 to 1979 and moved to the United States in 2001. He and his wife, Ayalah, have resided in Buncombe County since 2012.


Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Ayalah Fisher; children: Adam Fisher, Tom Fisher and wife Tay, and Bar Fisher and husband Alex; grandchildren: Shelli, Daniel, Haven, Valentina, and Nova; brother, Ammon Fisher; and sister, Liz Fisher.


Graveside services will be held at 3 PM on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Lou Pollock Memorial Park with Rabbi Wolff Alterman officiating.


Anders-Rice Funeral Home and Cremation Center is honored to serve the Fisher family.
