Robert Michael Denuse

Asheville - Robert Michael Denuse, 55, of 30 Clairmont Avenue, died Saturday, July 17, 2004 at his residence after an extended illness. A native of Philadelphia, PA, he had lived the past several years in Buncombe County. He was a member of the Lions Club and a US Navy veteran. Mr. Denuse was the son of Elizabeth Allen McBride of Delaware and the late Rudolph Denuse, Sr. Surviving in addition to his mother are his former wife, Myrtle Miller of Asheville; his daughter, Angela Cole of Hendersonville; his brother, Rudolph Denuse, Jr. of San Diego, CA; and three grandchildren, Zachary, Tori and Dalton Cole. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Black Mountain. The family will receive friends from 7-9 P.M. Tuesday.
