Rick Rodgers

Asheville - Richard Allen Rick Rodgers, 24, passed away Friday, July 12, 2013 at his residence. A native of Elizabeth City, NC, Rick had resided in Buncombe County for most of his life. He served proudly in the US Army. He was the son of Vicky Hollifield Rodgers, and the late David Allen Rodgers. Surviving in addition to his mother are his fianc, Ashley Turbyfill; and step-son, Hunter Turbyfill. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home, with the Rev. Sam Bradham and Rev. Charles Waldrup officiating.
