Pepito Olivete Padilla

Asheville, NC – Pepito Olivete Padilla, 75, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at Memorial Mission Hospital. Born on July 13, 1945 in Pasay, Philippines, he resided in the Marshall Islands before moving the Asheville, NC. He is preceded in death by his parents, Casimiro Padilla and Jacinta Olivete Padilla; and a son, Louie Padilla. Surviving are his wife Marietta Detera Padilla; children: Paul, Larry, Marilynn, Annamarie, Marcellina, Norma, and Lillybeth; grandchildren: Jamiann, Jack, Darius, Hadassah, Ivania, Cosey, Misso, Jeffery, Jana, Cara, Chelsea, Laurenz, Lara, Lorraine, and Cassie; and many extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, May 29, 2021, in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10 till 11 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
