Pearl Quinn Revis

Asheville - Pearl Quinn Revis, 86, of 56 Knoll Ridge Drive died Sunday July 28, 2002 at Park Ridge Hospital following a period of declining health. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she retired in 1975 from Akzona Corp. and was a member of the Pioneer Club with American Enka Corp. She attended North Asheville Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late David and Bertha Butler Quinn and was also preceded in death by her husband, Rex William Revis who died January 11, 1994. She was also preceded in death by 3 sisters and 1 brother. Surviving are her daughter, Annette Melton of Asheville; sisters, Annie Cole and Helen Childers both of Asheville; brother, Dan Quinn of St. Cloud, Fl.; granddaughter, Sheree Montgomery of Bakersville; Great Granddaughter, LaShea Wilkie of Fletcher and a great great grandson. Private Graveside services will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Jimmy Dykes officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
