Nancy Jean Riddle Ball

Asheville - Nancy Jean Riddle Ball, 54, of 14 Cooper Blvd., Lot 65 died Wednesday, June 19, 2002 following injuries sustained in an auto accident. A native of Newberry, SC, she had resided in Buncombe County for most of her life. She was the daughter of Margaret Prather Riddle of Asheville and the late Robert Riddle. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Riddle. Surviving in addition to her mother are her son, Robert Ball of the home; daughters, Charlene Sprouse and Tonya McMahan both of Asheville; sisters, Barbara Wallace, Judy Pangle, Rebecca Riddle, and Sandra Marler all of Asheville; brother, Ronnie Riddle of Asheville; grandchildren, Martin Sprouse, Mitchell Sprouse, and Desiray Ball. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday in the Anders-Rice Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jay Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Skyview Memorial Park.
