Myrtle C. Justice

Alexander - Myrtle Cornelia Huntsinger Justice, age 99, of Alexander, N.C. passed away Friday, September 2. She was predeceased by her husband Clarence E. Justice, and a son, Johnny Lee Justice. She is survived by three sons, Barry A. King and wife Mary, of Huber Heights, OH; Conrad E. Justice and wife JoAnne, of Hawthorne, FL: and Mack Weaver Justice of Asheville, NC. Four daughters, Doris Annette Smith, of Trenton, FL; Judy Turner and husband Bill Turner, of Black Mountain, NC, Mary Hamby and husband David, Sr. of Sunset, SC; and Eva Joy Mullins and husband Bill Mullins of Alexander, NC. She is also survived by numerous grand, great-grand, and great-great grandchildren. She was born on August 15, 1912 in Alexander, NC. She lived most of her life in Asheville as a homemaker and mother, but during the late 1940s and early 1950s she worked with the Buncombe County Sheriffs office. A graveside memorial service will he held on Sunday, September 11, at 2:00 p.m., at the Alexander Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Alexander, NC. The family will receive friends afterward at the home of Eva and Bill Mullins, at 192 Old Highway 20, in Alexander. The family will assemble at Anders-Rice Funeral Home at 1:15 PM Sunday to go as a processional to the cemetery.
