Milton Lee Wright

Clyde - Milton Lee Wright, 76, passed away Thursday January 28, 2010 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals. A native of Edenton, he had resided in Western North Carolina for the past 20 years. He retired from the U.S. Air Force. He was a son of the late Henry and Elva Wright and the husband of the late Virginia Cook Wright. Surviving are his son, Ronnie Wright of James Island, S.C.; daughter, Renee Galloway of Clyde; grandchildren, Crystal Montgomery, Callie Hamilton and Jessica Wright; great grandchildren, Trendon and Kyler Holt; two sisters and two brothers. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. John T. Tiller officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park with military rites provided by the Buncombe County Veterans Council Memorial Team. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:00 P. M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
