Maude Devlin

Asheville - Maude Devlin, 102, of 490 Old County Home Road, died Friday December 28, 2001 at her residence. A native of Haywood County where she had lived until moving to Buncombe County 30 years ago. She was the daughter of the late Tom and Annie Devlin. Surviving are her son, Charles Ducker of Asheville; former daughter in law, Charlene Gentry of Candler; grandchildren, Norma Jean North, Norman Ducker, Catherine Bailey and Christine Williams and 9 great grandchildren. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Hominy Baptist Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
