Mary Frances "Frankie" Spillars

Arden - Mary Frances Frankie Spillars, 71, of 644 Long Shoals Road, died Sunday, April 11, 2004 at Britthaven of Madison in Madison, N.C. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County. She was the daughter of the late Finley Curtis and Ollie Cudd Curtis and the wife of the late Troy Spillars. Surviving are her sons, Ronnie Spillars of Burgaw and Albert Spillars of Arden; daughter, Vickie Dickerson of Madison; grandchildren, Joshua Spillars, Allison Spillars, Gary Flynn, Jr. and Amanda Dickerson Graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Cane Creek Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
