Maggie Ingle

Leicester - Maggie Blanche Spivey Ingle, 84, of 28 Soloman Road died Monday, March 14, 2005 at her residence following a extended illness. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County. Mrs. Ingle was a homemaker and a member of Corinth Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Soloman Cleveland Spivey and Grace Louella McFalls Spivey. She was also preceded in death by her son, Alvia Joe Ingle; sisters, Hattie Metcalf, Margie Anderson, Minnie Geritaski and Ruth Cates; brothers, Joe Spivey and Dan Spivey. Surviving are her son, Robert Leonard Ingle of Loiusville, KY; daughters, Christine Ella Trull of Asheville, Nanny Elmira Fletcher of Kings Mountain, Mary Elizabeth Frady and Melissa Blanche Ingle both of Leicester; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Corinth Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Surrett officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
