Asheville - Mack Weaver Justice, 77, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, Mr. Justice worked as a sheet metal fabricator for Ball Heating and Cooling, and retired from 20th Century Heating and Cooling as a fabricator and shop foreman. He attended Fairmont Baptist Church, and will be remembered as a loving husband, father and Papaw, as well as a man who served his God faithfully and dutifully. Mr. Justice was the son of the late Clarence E. and Cornelia Huntsinger Justice, and the husband of the late Mary Libby Ellenburg Justice, who passed away May 26, 1998. He was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Johnny Lee Justice. Surviving are his daughter, Marcee Justice Free; granddaughter, Mary-Joyce Free; step-brother, Barry King; brother, Conrad Justice and wife JoAnn; sisters: Doris Smith, Judy Turner and husband Bill, Mary Hamby and husband David, and Eva Joy Mullins; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home, with the Rev. Donnie Henson and Rev. DeLain Whittemore officiating. Burial will follow in Lewis Memorial Park with the Rev. Darryl Messer officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM 12:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
