Lucy Sprouse

ASHEVILLE - Lucy Naomi Taylor Sprouse, 92, of 14 Lawndale Ave. died peacefully in her home Friday September 4, 2009. She was the wife of the late Zelro Dexter Sprouse and the daughter of the late Oliver Westly and Mary Williams Taylor. She had 7 brothers, 4 sisters, and a dear son, the late, Jerry Dexter Sprouse. She is survived by a son, David Lee Sprouse; grandson, Gary Dean Sprouse and his wife Brandy Green Sprouse and his mother Vada Lee Jones Sprouse; great grandson, Daellen Jerry Sprouse; great granddaughter, Cyleigh Deanna Sprouse and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday at Academy Cemetery with the Revs. Betty Drake and Edward Sexton officiating.
