Lionel Justice

Asheville Lionel Dean Justice, 52, passed away Friday, September 25, 2015 at the Care Partners Hospice John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, Mr. Justice was self-employed as a property manager for several pieces of property in the area. He attended Pine Burr Park Baptist Church. Mr. Justice was an avid outdoorsman that thoroughly enjoyed camping as a pastime. He was a strong family man that adored his children and grandchildren, and will be loved and missed by many. Mr. Justice was the son of Bertha Ledford Justice and the late Willard Justice. In addition to his mom, surviving are his wife, Jackie Warren Justice; children: Samantha Reyes Justice and husband Israel Reyes, Donald James Justice, and Noah Dean Justice and fianc Lily Alayna Harwood; step-children: Skyler Warren, Fredrick Franks, and Devon Warren; six grandchildren; brothers: W.C. Justice, Larry Justice, and Loren Justice and wife Cecilia; and several nieces and nephews, as well as a host of special friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Gary Haynes officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 1:30 PM Tuesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
