Lillian Randall

FAIRVIEW Lillian Marie Harrell Randall, 88, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 6, 2009 at Fleshers Fairview Health Care Center. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County. She was a member of Grassy Branch Baptist Church where she participated in many activities until her health started to decline. Mrs. Randall was the daughter of the late George W. Harrell, Sr. and Martha Ann Franklin Harrell and wife of the late Paul H. Randall. She was also preceded in death by her son, George Paul Randall, three brothers and two sisters. Surviving are her daughter, Geraline Wilson and husband Bill; grandchildren, Sheila Allen and husband Butch, Duane Wilson and wife Kim; great grandchildren, Amber Settle, Zac Allen, Matthew Wilson and Samantha Wilson; great-great granddaughter, McKenzie Settle; brother, Lindsey J. Harrell; seven nieces and one nephew. Funeral services will be held 3 P.M. Saturday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Rev. Ken Sausedo and Rev. Jim Stroupe officiating. Burial will follow in Bethesda Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 P.M. Saturday prior to services at the funeral home.
