Leroy Wooten

Asheville - Leroy Wooten, 81, passed away Saturday March 6, 2010 at the Bryan Center. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Jake and Bonnie Church Wooten. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Gwyn Campbell Bolick. Surviving are his wife, Clairan Morgan Wooten of the home; son, Joseph Wooten and wife Nora of Marshall and four grandchildren, Matthew, Lisa, Nicholas and Greyson. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory with the Rev. Raymond Cook officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. Wednesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
