SURVIVING ARE HIS WIFE, BETTY WILLIAMS OF THE HOME; SON, FRANK WILLIAMS OF WILMINGTON; DAUGHTER, LISA SHOOK OF CARY; GRANDCHILDREN, ASHLEIGH AND MATTHEW SHOOK BOTH OF CARY AND BROTHER, JOHN JULIUS WILLIAMS OF ASHEVILLE. PRIVATE SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 10 A.M. MONDAY AT THE WESTERN CAROLINA STATE VETERANS CEMETERY WITH THE REV. DR. HENRY CROUCH OFFICIATING. ANDERS-RICE FUNERAL HOME IN CHARGE OF ARRANGEMENTS.
