Kyle John Kett

Kyle John Kett, 49, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

A native of Ann Arbor, MI, he has resided in Asheville for the past twenty years where he was the Digital Lead Teacher at Asheville High School and School of Inquiry and Life Sciences at Asheville.

Kyle loved music, rock climbing, Michigan football, adventuring on his motorcycle with friends, and spending time with his family. He was his truest self when he was helping others, and made a lasting impact on the many communities he served.

He is survived by his wife Amy Kett; his son, Henry Kett; and his parents Danny Kett and Susan Kett.

He is preceded in death by his brother Ryan Kett.

Family and friends of Kyle are invited to attend a Celebration of His Life at The Grey Eagle, 185 Clingman Avenue, Asheville, on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM. We’ll gather to share memories of Kyle and support one another. A brief luncheon will immediately follow at the same location.
