Kathy was born in Miami, FL on April 18, 1958 to the late Leslie Paul Randall and Helen Eula Travis Randall and was a member of the class of 1976 at Hialeah-Miami Lakes High School. She is survived by her sister, Paula Miller and husband, Bob of Hernando, FL; brother, John Franklin Randall of Bradenton, FL and former sister in law, Rose Medina of Delray Beach, FL; nieces, Susan, Amy and JoAnna and nephews, Jim and Josh and several great nieces and nephews.
