Kathleen Talbert

Asheville - Kathleen Talbert, 81, of Asheville, passed away Friday, February 27, 2015 at the Laurels of Green Tree Ridge. A native of Transylvania County, Mrs. Talbert had resided in Buncombe County for most of her life. She had attended Biltmore Baptist Church. Mrs. Talbert was the daughter of the late Bill and Wilma Henson. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Doug Henson. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Harold Talbert; and children: Debra Talbert and Rick Talbert. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at Green Hills Cemetery, with the Rev. Steve Oxner officiating. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is assisting the Talbert family.
