Justin Desha-Overcash

College Park, MD - Justin DeSha-Overcash, 22, of 8809 38th Ave passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2011. A native of Baltimore, MD he was raised in Salisbury, NC til 2002, thus moving to Bucks County, PA. Following his graduation in 2006, he moved to College Park, MD to attend the University of Maryland, where he was a honor student, majoring in Physics and Astronomy. Surviving are his parents, Randy Allen Overcash of Warminister, PA and Karen Leigh DeSha of Bel Air, MD; maternal grandmother, Oma Goodnough Sharpe and maternal grandfather, Roy Vance Sharpe both of Leicester, maternal grandmother, Shirley DeSha of Green City, MO; half sister, Marcie Ruth Milbredt of Southern Pines, uncles, Jerry Overcash and wife Ann, Scott DeSha and wife Anna, Ron DeSha, Derrick DeSha, Joe Sharpe and Bill DeSha; aunts, Lisa OHaver and Fran DeSha and many loving cousins. Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Monday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Dr. L.C. Ray of the Greater New Zion Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Ashelawn Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be Pat Gowen, Sean Donahue, Rob Campbell, Jay Harris, Will Wade, Brian DeCesare, Denny Diringer and Michael Calhoun. The family will receive friends 6 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made for funeral expenses.
