Joshua Shane "Josh" Williams

Candler Joshua Shane Williams, 20, of 8 Yellow Rock Drive went to be with his Lord Saturday, March 25, 2006. A native of Scioto County, Ohio. Josh had resided in Buncombe County for most of his life. He attended Enka High School and was an Assistant Manager for Little Caesars Pizza. He was the son of Tenita Maureen Chester DeMello and step-father, Todd Raymond DeMello of the home and Kevin Karl Williams of Georgia. Surviving in addition to his parents are his sister, Hannah Marie DeMello of the home, several uncles, aunts and cousins including his uncle and aunt, Jim & Judy Laney of Candler; aunt, Teri Dubiel of Orlando, FL; cousins, Patrick Laney and Jacob Dubiel and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held 6 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeff Massey officiating. The family will receive friends following the services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Stoney Fork Missionary Baptist Church, P.O. Box 942, Candler, N.C. 28715.
