Jeff Hudson

Arden Jeffrey Deweese Hudson, 37, of 48 Glenview Place, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at his residence. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he was born June 9, 1968 to John C. Hudson and Barbara Cothran Harrin. Jeff was the grandson of Annie Mae Hudson of Arden and the late Rev. J. Howard Hudson and the late Hoyt J. and Mary K. Cothran. Surviving in addition to his parents and grandmother are his wife, Brenda I. Hudson; daughter, Amber Hudson, her daughter, Angelitta Hudson and her grandparents, Roy and Geraldine Millwood all of Hendersonville; step mother, Gloria Hudson of Fletcher; step father, Cliff Harrin of Arden; step daughter, Cynthia Carland and her son Michael McLean both of Chapel Hill; step son, Mark James Carland, Jr. of Charlotte; sister, April Banks of Asheville; brothers, Duane Hudson of Arden and Robert Hudson of Fletcher; seven nephews, Danny, Dylan, Tyler, Garrett, Joseph, B.J. and Andrew. Memorial services will be held at sunset Saturday, June 3, 2006 at Parkway Lane, Arden. Friends are to gather from 8 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday for services. Jeffrey was a special child of God and will dearly be missed.
