Jasper Shelton

Leicester – Jasper Burton Shelton, 36, of 11 Westview Drive went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at Care Partners Hospice.

A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he was the son of J.B. Shelton and Jennifer Lavonne Webb Shelton of the home; grandson of Lavonne Webb of Leicester and the late Jerry Webb and the late Jasper Shelton and late Irene Harris; step grandson of the late Ed Harris

Surviving in addition to his parents and maternal grandmother are his uncles: Jack Webb and wife, Diane, Michael Dean Webb and wife, Diane, Cecil Webb, Terry Webb and wife, Cynthia all of Leicester; Billy Shelton and wife, Debbie of Weaverville, David Shelton and wife, Diane of Marshall; aunts: Janet Allen and husband, Steve and Loretta Harris all of Weaverville; numerous cousins, including special cousins, Shannon Ledford and husband, Jeff, Krystal Worley and husband Jason and Elijah Fuller all of Leicester.

The family will be at the home of his parents.
