Imogene Jarvis Roberts

Canton - Imogene Margaret Jarvis Roberts, 69, of 695 Old Michael Road died Tuesday December 17, 2002 at her home. A native and resident of Buncombe County for most of her life, she was a daughter of the late James Edward and Anna Mae Rogers Jarvis and the wife of the late James Edward Roberts. Surviving are her sons, Edward R. Roberts of Asheville and Jamie Allen Roberts of Canton; Daughter, Patricia Diane Ball of Asheville; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Roy Kilby officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Alexander. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
