Helen J. Allen

ASHEVILLE Helen Mae Jeanette Brockwell Allen, 82, formerly of Asheville, passed away Monday October 26, 2009 in Gig Harbor WA. She was the daughter of the late Robert Edward and Bertha Jane Ollis Brockwell and the wife of the late Charles Willard Allen. Surviving are her daughter, Carolyn Ann Sproul and husband Richard of Gig Harbor, WA; grandson, Jasyn Charles Bangert and wife Courtney of Bothel, WA and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Brockwell officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before services at the funeral home.
