Gladys T. Miller

Hialeah, FL - Gladys T. Miller, 87, went to be with her Lord Saturday, August 5, 2006. A native of Luray, Kansas, Gladys was born November 30, 1918 and was a graduate from Ft Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. She was a long time active Methodist at First UMC of Hialeah where she taught Kindergarten and later at Poinciana UMC in Miami Springs. She joins her beloved husband of 43 years, Bill C. Miller, in Glory. Surviving are her two sons, William C. Miller, III and wife, Teresa of Philadelphia, PA and Robert E. Miller and wife, Paula of Delray Beach, FL; five grandchildren, William Miller, Valerie Miller, Susan Muller and husband, John, James Miller and Amy Miller; one great grandchild, Bethany Muller. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. John T. Tiller officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
