Frances "Ann" Hensley Boyd

Frances “Ann” Hensley Boyd, 80, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 10, 2025, at her residence while surrounded by her family.

A native of Madison County, she was a daughter of the late Ella Crawford and Eli Hensley. She was also proceeded in death by her daughter, Sherri Lynn England; grandson, Joshua Lee England; and six siblings. 

She attended New Bridge Baptist Church and was previously a member of Merrimon Avenue Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 60 years, Gary Bruce Boyd; daughter, Melissa Dawn Burchette and husband Eddie; son-in-law, Jonathan England; grandchildren: Jeremiah Edward Burchette and wife Katelyn, and Daniel Hunter Burchette and fiancé Rachael; great-granddaughter, Adelynn Mae Burchette; brother, Jerry Hensley; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 1 PM on Friday, February 14, 2025, at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory with Rev. Clark Henderson and Rev. Jeff Burchette officiating.

Pallbearers will be Jeremiah Burchette, Daniel Burchette, Eddie Burchette, Scott Boyd, Matthew Boyd, and Jonathan England.
