Elouise Mchone Ingle

Asheville - Elouise Ingle, 86, of 67 Joyner Ave. died Saturday, September 29, 2001 at her residence. A native of Madison County, she had lived in Buncombe County for most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Spurgeon L. and Lola Murray McHone and was the wife of the late Hillary Julius Ingle. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jim Ingle, formerly of Statesville. Surviving are her daughters, Barbara Carroll of Steinhatchee, FL and Mildred Powell of Fletcher; sons, Harry Ingle of Gulf Shores, AL, Jack Ingle and Jerry Ingle both of Asheville, and Donald Ingle of Lake Wiley, SC; sister, Betty Hargus of Fairview; brother, Cecil McHone of Asheville; 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM Monday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Roger Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends at Mrs. Ingles residence following the service. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is serving the family.
