Ella Louise Noe, 72, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

 She was a native of Beverly, Kentucky, then lived in Chicago before moving to North Carolina where she served as a Pharmacy Tech. She had a green thumb and loved reading and crocheting.

 She was a daughter of the late Hardie Caldwell and Ruth Brown Caldwell, and wife of 38 years to the late David Noe. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Norman Caldwell, William Herbert Caldwell, Frances Maxine Spanos, Hardie Michael Caldwell, and Kathy Caldwell.

 Surviving are her children: Jeff Noe and Samantha Noe (Brian); very cherished grandkids: Samuel Wilson, Noella Cooke, and Elijah Cooke; siblings: Theda Lee Saylor, Charlene Helton, Christine Caldwell, Karen Gail Saylor, Patricia Graves, and Kenneth Caldwell.

 A visitation will be held from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Anders-Rice Funeral Home. 

 A graveside service will follow at 2 pm at the Western North Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.

 Anders-Rice Funeral Home is honored to serve the Noe family.
