Doyle Glen Radford

Candler – Doyle Glen Radford, 90, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at his residence.

A native of Madison County, he spent most of his life in Buncombe County. Doyle worked for many years at B.A.S.F maintaining the machines. He was a great bowler and fisherman; he loved singing and playing music and most of all Doyle loved his family.

He was the son of the late Glen Radford and Vertie Marie Ballard Radford Byrd. He was also preceded in death by his Granddaughter: Samantha Hope Saunders.

Surviving is his Wife, Jo Anna Cordell Brown; children: Sandra Leigh Radford, Vicki Lynn Melvin and Deirdre Bradley; grandchildren: Jennifer Gasperson, Jason Meadows, Bryson Bradley, Jordan Bradley; great-grandchildren: Trevor Meadows, Waylon Meadows, Willow Gasperson, Jazmyn Gasperson.

The family will receive friends from 1 PM to 2 PM on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Anders-Rice Funeral Home with services at 2 PM.

The North Carolina Army National Guard will be presenting honors.
