Dot Morgan Cole

Greenville, SC – Dot Morgan Cole, 85, of Greenville, SC, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at her home. A native of Buncombe County, Ms. Cole had resided in Greenville since 1973. She retired from Greenville County, serving as the Clerk of Court with 20 years of service. She was a member of Choice Hills Baptist Church. Ms. Cole was the daughter of the late Cansler Conley “Buddy” Morgan and Della Anders Morgan. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Glennan Mehaffey, and brother, Webb Morgan. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Scarlett and Bill Fuller; grandchildren: Brandon, Lauren, and Heather Fuller; twin sister, Freida Morgan Terrell; brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Milli Morgan; brother-in-law, Dale Mehaffey; sister-in-law, Melinda Morgan; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Leicester, NC, with the Rev. Bobby Smith officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. Anders-Rice Funeral Home is assisting Ms. Cole’s family with her arrangements.
