Delois Masters

Marshall Delois Elizabeth Cochran Masters, 75, of 15 Teague Road, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at the Emerald Ridge Health Care Center. A native of Haywood County, she had resided in Buncombe County for most of her life and retired from Continental-Teves where she worked for over 20 years. Mrs. Masters is the daughter of Ruth Guy Cochran of Lake Junaluska and the late George Buel Cochran and wife of G.A. Jay Masters who died September 30, 2009. Surviving in addition to her mother are her son, Tommy Masters of Candler; daughter, Mary Ruth Masters of Marshall; grandchildren, Tommy T Masters, Jr., Christopher Masters (Brandie), Joey Justice (Samantha) and Jonathan Justice; great grandchildren, Paislee Grace Masters, Aiden Nathaniel Justice and Evelyn Payne; brothers, John W. Cochran (Carlene), Charles Ray Cochran (Kathrine) and James Harold Cochran and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Sunday, June 10, 2018 in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Alf Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Redmon Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:30 to 5:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
