Deanna B. Webb

Weaverville – Deanna Joyce Bishop Webb, 78, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she retired in 2003 from BellSouth as a Service Representative following 30 years of service, and was a member of First Baptist Church Weaverville. Mrs. Webb was a daughter of the late Thomas Jackson Bishop and Edith Janette Rogers Bishop. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie Bishop. Surviving are her husband whom she married August 25, 1962, Albert Dean “Jack” Webb of the home; sons, Roger Dean Webb (Cassandra) of Weaverville, Christopher “Chris” Webb (Teresa) Fairview and Britt Webb (Julie) of Asheville; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Janice Bishop Dillingham (Jerry) and Sandra Bishop-Ray all of Weaverville; sister-in-law, Brenda McCarter Bishop of Weaverville and several nieces and nephews. The family will have Private funeral services and burial on Thursday, June 17, 2021.
