David Alan White

Leicester - David Alan White, 24, of 107 Gorman Road, went to be with the Lord Thursday, February 24, 2005 following injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born in Orlando, FL, he had been a resident of Buncombe County since 1998. He attended Georgetown Baptist Church, and was well liked by everyone he knew. He was the son of Paul White of Georgia and Joyce Angela King Casey of Leicester. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Herman King of Leicester and Hallie Mae King, also of Leicester; paternal grandmother, Bertha Geraldine Clay of Deltona, FL; aunts and uncles: Peggy and Terry Lackey of Leicester, Danny and Mary King of Leicester, and David king of Candler; and his dog, Gigi. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday at Georgetown Baptist Church, with the Rev. Lee Davis and Rev. Sam King officiating. Burial will be in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9 PM Sunday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
