Coleman Crowe

Candler - Coleman Crowe, 69, of Upper Glady Fork Rd. died Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at Mission St. Josephs Health System. A native of Madison County, he had resided in Buncombe County for most of his life. He was a member of Glady Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Crowe was the son of the late Robert Levi and Pearlie Louise Ball Crowe and was the husband of the late Martha Joann Reed Crowe. He was also preceded in death by a brother, J.T. Crowe, and a niece, Debra. Surviving are his son, Jeffery Dean Crowe of Candler; brother, Albert Crowe and wife Arlene of Candler; nieces, Karen, Krista, and Kelly; nephews, Kevin and Robert. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Friday at Glady Fork Missionary Baptist Church with the Revs. Charles Sprinkle, Gerald Sprinkle, and Tommy Crowe officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 until 8:30 PM Thursday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
