Charlotte Reiner Baldwin

Asheville – Charlotte Reiner Baldwin, 93, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Flesher’s Fairview Healthcare Center. Our Bible tells us this about our Mother, who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies. Charlotte and Ken loved to travel, but in her later years, she loved being home, planting her flowers on her back deck. She loved her home, her family and her church family. She had a servants heart, always wanting to take care of everyone. She was a member of South Asheville Baptist Church. She loved everyone there and they all loved her. Charlotte was the daughter of the late Al and Eva Reiner, also preceded in death by the love of her life, Ken Baldwin, Dexter and Lorena Baldwin, her sister, Eva Zolnoski, brothers, Bobbie and Johnny and her grandson, Nathan Ellis. She is survived by her children, Linda Greene, Charlotte Wright (Norris), Jean Baldwin, Carol Baldwin (Rob) and her son, Kenny Baldwin (Laura), her sister, Marion Constantino (John), her grandchildren, Beth Grooms (Leroy), Christa Van Dover (Mike), Cindy Parham (Ryan), Brian Drant (Jessica), Jeffrey Baldwin, Zachery Baldwin (Ali) and Cody Baldwin, 8 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, Braylon & Blair, many nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Norris Wright (son-in-law) Sunday, January 2, 2022 at South Asheville Baptist Church, visitation at 1:00 PM, funeral at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Gashes Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Brian Drant, Jeffrey Baldwin, Zachery Baldwin, and Cody Baldwin and great grandsons, Brent Grooms, Seth Grooms, and Ethan Grooms. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff and nurses of the 500 hall at Flesher’s Fairview Heatlthcare for their care given to their mother.
