Carol Robinson

Nancy “Carol” Robinson, 77, went home to be with The Lord on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at her residence.

 A native and lifelong resident of Asheville, she was born on December 22, 1947, to Thomas “Tom” Calvin Robinson and Agnes Elizabeth Moore Robinson. She graduated from Lee Edwards High School (now Asheville High School) in 1965 before graduating from Blantons Business College in 1967. Carol attended Asheville gospel Chapel on Old Haw Creek Road all her life and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi where she made many lifelong friends. 

 Carol’s employment included many interesting jobs such as the Chamber of Commerce, Ashville Employees City Credit Union, Veterans Administration Credit Union, and even a period of time in Real Estate. She also worked for ABCCM. She loved animals, especially cats, and supported Brother Wolf and the Senior Pets Program through Meals on Wheels. Carol was loved very much and will be greatly missed.

 Those left to cherish her memory are her sister, Ann Robinson Reynolds and husband Don; and several cousins and friends.

 Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, in the Chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Pastors Dennis Bailey, Al Mojonnier, and James Gibbons officiating. A private burial will follow at Green Hills Cemetery.

 The family will receive friends from 2 till 2:45 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
