Brent Wesley Williamson Asheville - Brent Wesley Williamson, 47, of 673 Brevard Road, died Wednesday August 1, 2001 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he was employed by Arvinmeritor in Fletcher and was co-owner of Star Grocery. He was a graduate of UNCA. He was the son of the late Carl Leaton and Rebecca Jane Brown Williamson. Surviving are his wife Deborah Williamson of the home; daughters, Heather Williamson and Krystal Williamson both of the home; step-son, Shawn Scarborough of East Flat Rock; grandson, Tyler Davis of the home and several cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday at Sardis United Methodist Church with the Rev. Brian Davis officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Friday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
