Archie Robert Clark

Leicester - Archie Robert Clark, 89, of 8081 NC 63 Hwy. died Friday May 21, 2004 at Aston Park Health Care Center following a period of declining health. A native and resident of Buncombe County, he had resided in Madison County since 1945. He was a son of the late George Lyda Clark and Mary McGee Clark. Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Dollie Mae Coleman Clark of the home; daughters, Marie Duckett of Sandy Mush and Kathy Clark Schrader and husband, Mike of Sandy Mush; son, George Herbert Clark and wife, Rose M. of Candler; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday at Big Sandy Mush United Methodist Church with the Revs Ed Worley and Ray Roberts officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Sunday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
