Candler - Annie Mae Stoll Nig Reeves, 87, of Pisgah Manor Health Care Center went home to be with her Lord Sunday, May 3, 2009. A native of Lexington, N.C. she had resided in Buncombe County since 1952. She formerly served in the cafeteria for four years at Enka High School and was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church since 1954 where she served in all functions at the church until 1993 when her health would not permit. Mrs. Reeves was a daughter of the late William F. Stoll and Queen Mae Davis Stoll and wife of William Edmond Reeves who died March 30, 1975. She was also preceded in death by her brother Don Stoll, formerly of Hendersonville; sisters, Pat Stoll Lingelbach & husband the late Rev. Charles Lingelbach, formerly of Asheville and Hazel Infinger & husband the late Eddie Infinger, formerly of Charleston, S.C. Surviving are her daughters, Terry Cathey & husband Kenneth of Asheville and Cheryl Warren of Hickory; grandson, Kevin Ray Cathey of Asheville; great grandchildren, Brandon Cathey and Ryan Cathey of Denver, CO, Nicola Shelton, Jeremiah J.J. Cathey and Mary Grace Cathey all of Asheville; sisters, Billie Kochanek and Dora Neighbors & husband Rev. Charles Autrey Neighbors all of Asheville; sister-in-law, Elaine Stoll of Hendersonville; brothers, Charles Stoll & wife Patricia of Asheville; several nieces and nephews, including her special nephew Tommy. Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Wednesday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Autrey Neighbors and Lyn Westafer officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
