Asheville– Ann Mary Randall, 40, went home to heaven on the morning of Monday, October 31, 2022, on Halloween, which was one of her favorite holidays.
Ann was born on July 9, 1982, in Asheville to John Randall, Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Brackett. She loved the Lord and wanted, more than anything, for all her family and friends to have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Ann was an inspiration to her family and friends through many years of battling M.S., and she always wanted the best for her family, especially her son, Jacob.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, John Randall, Jr. and Elizabeth Brackett; and husband, John Shelton.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Jacob Randall; significant other, Edmond LeDuke; brother, John Randall; and by many cousins, extended family, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 6, 2022, in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Tim Warren officiating. A private burial will be held at a later date in the Mount Olive Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, November 6, 2022, from 1 till 2:45 PM.
