Asheville - Ann Lora Bramlett, 89, of 15 Pentland Hills Drive died Tuesday, March 26, 2002 at the Mountain Area Hospice Solace Center following an extended illness. A native of Atoka, Oklahoma. Mrs. Bramlett had resided in Tacoma, Washington for many years prior to moving to Asheville in 1962. Along with her husband they formerly owned and operated the Mountain View Restaurant in Asheville. She was a member of Inanda Baptist church where she was an assistant Sunday School Teacher and was active with the youth of the church. She was the daughter of the late Hugh and Maudie Catherine Ketner Harwood and was also preceded in death by her twin sister, Sally Hall who died in December of 1979. Surviving are her husband, William Bill Lester Bramlett of the home; daughter, Barbara McNulty of Centralia, Washington; grandchildren, Theresa Erickson, Tracy McNulty, Danny McNulty and Stanley McNulty all of Salem, Oregon and special friends, Peggy and Bill Sayles of Asheville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with the Revs Bill Sayles and Claude Surrett officiating. Entombment will be at Pisgah View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Mountain Area Hospice, P.O. Box 25338, Asheville, N.C. 28813.
