Alma Tinker Cagle

Alma Tinker Cagle, 93, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at the Aston Park Health Care Center.

A native of Erwin, TN, she was a daughter of the late Charley Broadus Tinker and Lula Chandler Tinker, and wife of the late Charles Cagle. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Gloria Jean Angevine; grandson, Christopher Best Angevine; sister, Zella Irene Higginbotham; and niece, Shirley Tinker.

Mrs. Cagle was a longtime member of Grace Baptist Church. She retired from cosmetology and shared her gifts of cosmetology with her family and close friends at her home for many years.

She is survived by her son, Walter “Lee” Cagle and wife Mary; and niece, Barbara Tinker.

Graveside services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Dr. Robert Wetherington officiating.
